Clear terms for digital eSIMs: what you buy, when we deliver and what you can expect if something does not work.

When these terms apply

These terms apply to every order you place as a consumer through this website. By placing an order you agree to these terms. In addition to these terms, our privacy policy applies, which you can find on this website.

What we offer

We sell prepaid eSIM data bundles for use abroad. Each bundle clearly states which destination(s) it covers, how much data you get and how long the bundle is valid. Our eSIMs are data-only: they cannot be used for calls or text messages.

All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer, such as a clearly incorrect price, are not binding on us.

Ordering and payment

You order by entering your details at checkout and paying through our payment provider Mollie. The contract is concluded once your payment succeeds. You will then receive a confirmation by email. If your payment fails or expires, no contract is concluded and nothing is delivered.

Delivery

Your eSIM is a digital product. After a successful payment we send your eSIM with QR code and installation instructions immediately by email to the email address you provided with your order. So double-check that address: you are responsible for providing it correctly.

No email received? Check your spam folder first. After that, we are happy to help via support@holysim.nl.

Right of withdrawal

An eSIM is digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium. At checkout you expressly agree that we deliver your eSIM immediately after payment, and you acknowledge that you thereby waive your statutory right of withdrawal. This means you can no longer withdraw from the purchase once the eSIM has been delivered.

As long as the eSIM has not yet been delivered to you, you can cancel your order free of charge via support@holysim.nl. You will then receive a full refund.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for making sure your device supports eSIM and is not SIM-locked. You can check this in advance on our devices page. An eSIM that does not work because your device does not support eSIM or is SIM-locked does not entitle you to a refund.

In addition: you provide accurate and complete details, you use the eSIM for personal use only and do not resell it, and you do not use the data bundle for unlawful purposes.

Usage, coverage and validity

Your data bundle works through the networks of local mobile operators. Availability, coverage and speed depend on those networks and on your location and device. We therefore cannot guarantee coverage or a particular speed everywhere and at all times.

Your bundle is valid for the period stated with the bundle. After that period the bundle expires, even if you have data left. Unused data is not refunded.

If something goes wrong

Is your eSIM not working due to a fault on our side or on the side of our eSIM supplier, for example a technical defect in the eSIM profile? Then we will provide a working replacement or refund the purchase amount. Contact us via support@holysim.nl and describe what is happening; we will respond as soon as possible.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, such as missed bookings or costs incurred because you temporarily had no internet connection.

These limitations do not apply if the damage results from our intent or deliberate recklessness, and they never limit the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

You can read how we handle your personal data in our privacy policy on this website. It explains, among other things, which data we collect, what we use it for and which rights you have.

Changes

We may change these terms. We will publish the new version on this page. The version in force at the time you placed your order always applies to your order.

Applicable law and complaints

These terms and every order are governed by Dutch law. If you live in another country as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence.
