Activation
Validity may start upon installation, on first network connection or after manual activation. The conditions for your selected plan appear in its product details and your email.
Refund for an unactivated eSIM
Have you not installed or activated your eSIM yet? You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase via support@holysim.nl.
After activation
Once an eSIM is activated, the digital service has been delivered and the right of withdrawal lapses. A refund is then no longer possible.
