Returns and activation policy
An eSIM is a digital product. Because the bundle starts running once you activate it, clear rules apply.
Activation
Your bundle activates when you install the eSIM and it first connects to a network. The validity period starts from that moment.
Refund for an unactivated eSIM
Have you not installed or activated your eSIM yet? You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase via support@holysim.nl.
After activation
Once an eSIM is activated, the digital service has been delivered and the right of withdrawal lapses. A refund is then no longer possible.
