This varies by plan. Before installation, check the activation status of your selected plan and then follow the instructions in your email.

Yes, if your eSIM supports top-ups and the plan is still valid. Open My eSIM from the link in your order email to see your usage and current top-up options. If no offer is shown, this eSIM cannot be topped up and you need to order a new plan.

Yes. Your HolySim eSIM is for mobile data. Your regular SIM can stay active for your own number, calls and messages.

Check Wi-Fi, device compatibility and whether your device is unlocked. If it still does not work, contact support through the link in your order email.

The bundles are data-only. Calls and messages work through apps such as WhatsApp, FaceTime, iMessage, Signal or Teams.

Usually a QR code can only be installed once. Do not delete your eSIM without asking support first.

If your eSIM does not work due to a technical issue, we cannot solve it and the bundle has not been used, we will look for a suitable solution or refund.

Open My eSIM using the personal link in your order email. Select the right eSIM, choose how much data to add and pay securely. The top-up is linked to that eSIM automatically. You do not need an account, a new QR code or another installation.

Any data left on your eSIM stays. Each top-up shows how much data and, where applicable, how much validity you add. My eSIM also previews your plan after the top-up, so you know what you will receive before you pay.

No. The extra data is added to the eSIM already installed on your phone. You do not need to scan a QR code, change any settings or remove your existing eSIM. Simply leave the eSIM installed and active.

No. Top-ups are only available while the eSIM and plan are still valid. Once the end date has passed, any remaining data has expired and you need to order a new plan for your destination. That new eSIM is delivered by email.

After a successful payment, the extra data is usually on your eSIM within a few minutes. The usage overview can lag by up to three hours. If the top-up is still missing after 30 minutes, email support with your order number.

You can top up an eligible eSIM up to ten times, provided the plan remains valid and current top-up options are available. After that, you need to order a new plan. My eSIM only shows options that are currently available for your eSIM.
