Where Saily is better
Saily can automatically purchase a new plan when your data runs out. You need to enable this option; the next purchase is at the full price.
You get 24/7 chat, and the product page permits hotspot use. Saily warns that app access may be restricted in Turkey, so install before travelling.
Where HolySim is better
For a longer holiday, you can buy 50 GB from HolySim at once instead of several smaller plans. At 20 GB, HolySim is slightly cheaper on the date checked.
The fixed plans name Türk Telekom as their network partner. Saily does not name a network on the country page we checked, making it harder to assess that choice in advance.

Choose Saily if you want its app and automatic top-ups. Set this up before departure and allow for the full price of each automatic purchase.
Choose HolySim if…
Choose HolySim if you want 50 GB in advance or value a named network partner and email support in Dutch. At 5 and 10 GB, price alone does not decide it.
