Where Airalo is better
Airalo offers various short validity periods and lists SoftBank and KDDI with 5G access. For a short stay, a different duration may fit better than the 30 days in the table.
The fixed plans support top-ups. Airalo allows hotspot use if your phone and the network support it and provides 24/7 multilingual support.
Where HolySim is better
The price is lower for 10 and 20 GB, and you can choose 50 GB for high usage. At 5 GB, the price difference is too small to base your decision on.
The compared fixed plans list NTT docomo, Rakuten Mobile, KDDI/au and SoftBank. Those are more named network partners; we have not measured whether that gives better reception on your travel route.

Choose Airalo if…
Choose Airalo if you value a short validity period, explicit hotspot terms or 24/7 support. Assess the price of that shorter plan separately.
Choose HolySim if…
Choose HolySim for 10 or 20 GB at the lower price, or for a fixed 50 GB plan. You can email installation questions in Dutch.
