Affiliate terms
These terms apply to every approved HolySim affiliate partner.
Approval
Participation starts only after manual approval by HolySim. We may reject, suspend or end a partnership in cases of misuse, misleading promotion or material brand risk.
Commission
The standard commission is 10% of the valid sale value after discounts and excluding VAT. Your portal shows your applicable rate. Refunded, fraudulent, cancelled or self-referred orders do not qualify.
Attribution
A consented last click is attributed for 60 days. After a valid first order, repeat orders from the same customer can earn commission for 12 months. Tracking prevention or missing marketing consent can make attribution impossible.
Validation and payout
Commission remains pending for 30 days after payment. Payable balances of at least €50 are paid monthly by IBAN. Incorrect payout details can delay payment.
Promotion rules
Commercial links must be clearly disclosed as sponsored or affiliate links. Spam, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, misleading claims, impersonation and bidding on HolySim brand terms without written permission are prohibited.
Changes
HolySim may update rates or terms with reasonable notice. Earned and valid commission remains payable under the rate recorded for the relevant order.
